Saturday morning park workouts is a pay as you go plan, with the fee being $10 every Saturday you choose to participate. This one hour workout session is tailored to build endurance & strength by doing exercises that work your full body. All fitness levels are welcome.
Hello my name is Ebony McClain and Im your Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutritionist at GetRight Fitness. My passion for fitness stems from my personal struggles of being obese and the many failed attempts of losing weight and lack of direction on what to do. While I have been active majority of my life, playing basketball in Highschool and at the college level I was always overweight. Initially my fitness journey started as a "revenge body" thing where I was trying to gain the attention from an ex, so yes while I was trying to lose weight it was for the WRONG reasons. In going to the gym regularly and working out, my journey turned into more than "a revenge body". It blossomed into self discovery, inner strength & personal transformation. I was doing this for ME and only ME, going to work out no longer felt like a chore but more so a scheduled date I had with myself (we don't cancel on ourselves). Fitness has truly become a lifestyle and avenue to encourage & empower others.
